Artist Statement

Peterson’s abstract and mixed media work explores the excitement and spontaneity of collecting bits and pieces of visual information and arranging them in unique and interesting ways. This information may be gathered from hand-writings, graffiti, automatic drawings, organic and inorganic shapes, or a combination of all of the above.
